You must be at least 18 years old and operating as a business entity or sole proprietor to use HarboredHQ. By accepting these terms you confirm that you meet these requirements.
HarboredHQ provides business management software for home service companies, including but not limited to: customer relationship management (CRM), job scheduling and dispatch, SMS automation, invoicing, route optimization, health reports, and related tools. The service is provided by Will Seamons d/b/a HarboredHQ (“we,” “us,” or “HarboredHQ”).

HarboredHQ, including its software, design, trademarks, and all associated components, is the property of Will Seamons d/b/a HarboredHQ. All rights reserved.
Your customer data remains yours. By using HarboredHQ you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the service to you.
HarboredHQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, missed jobs, data loss, or business interruption.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from use of HarboredHQ is limited to the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of HarboredHQ after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
