Terms of Service

By creating a HarboredHQ account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and operating as a business entity or sole proprietor to use HarboredHQ. By accepting these terms you confirm that you meet these requirements.

HarboredHQ provides business management software for home service companies, including but not limited to: customer relationship management (CRM), job scheduling and dispatch, SMS automation, invoicing, route optimization, health reports, and related tools. The service is provided by Will Seamons d/b/a HarboredHQ (“we,” “us,” or “HarboredHQ”).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share login credentials with anyone outside your organization.
• You may add team members as permitted by your plan.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms with or without notice.

• Plans are billed monthly (or annually if selected). Billing is processed by Stripe.
• All plans include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until day 15 unless you cancel before then.
• To avoid being charged, you must cancel before your trial ends from your billing settings.
• We do not issue refunds for partial months of service.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email.
• Failed payments will result in a service suspension warning. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, access may be suspended.

HarboredHQ provides SMS tools to help you communicate with your customers. By using these tools you agree to the following:

• You will only send SMS messages to customers who have provided their phone number and consented to receive messages from your business.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and all applicable federal and state laws governing commercial SMS.
• HarboredHQ is not liable for any regulatory violations, fines, or claims arising from messages sent through the platform.
• Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy applies to all SMS sent via HarboredHQ.

• You own your customer data. We do not claim any ownership over the data you enter into HarboredHQ.
• We do not sell your personal information or your customers' data to third parties.
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., average job counts, revenue ranges across industries) to improve the product and generate benchmarks.

You may not use HarboredHQ to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or any messages to people who have not consented.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person or organization.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to HarboredHQ without written permission, except as expressly permitted under an agency or reseller agreement.

HarboredHQ, including its software, design, trademarks, and all associated components, is the property of Will Seamons d/b/a HarboredHQ. All rights reserved.

Your customer data remains yours. By using HarboredHQ you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the service to you.

HarboredHQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, missed jobs, data loss, or business interruption.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from use of HarboredHQ is limited to the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

• You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination you have 30 days to export your data from Settings.
• After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of HarboredHQ after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
